7) millennials systems for autonomous governance when so much data is streaming from every gps that only machines can real-rime mediate service

Von Neumann may also have been the most collaborative human brain ever to have seen the light of day. Fact is while Einstein & Neumann were co-located for over 20 years, as a triple brainpower the NET had less than 2 years together in Princeton (1937-9); Turing visiting from London was much younger so on the main campus not the advanced studies institute which is inconveniently more than an hours walk a way- Still Neumann spotted Turing as arguably  the only brain who'd start very good engine innovations with him

Neumann in particular saw that birthing these engines would compound huge risks as well as opportunities; he and einstein had grown up close to the Swiss epicentre of type 4 engines telecoms from 1865, and electricity- both had helped turn landlocked n-s corridors of central europe into labs of 2 world wars 

but equally as Neumann's own life was shortened by winning the atom bomb race, he desperately wanted a legacy for engineering machines multiplying more goodwill than bad
